“David, Lee and team did a fantastic job on our roof terrace repair and replacement, completely clearing, inspecting and re-sealing with a liquid rubber membrane the existing felt roofing underneath the decking. They then replaced all the joists and wooden decking above to a very high standard. As part of their work they also successfully addressed a long-term leak on our next door neighbour's roof terrace - carefully raising decking in the relevant area, cleaning, fixing holes and and applying a liquid rubber membrane to the relevant area, before reinstalling the existing decking to exactly how it was before. At all times, the BARL team were professional, on-time, thoughtful about make the roof terrace look its best and be in good condition for the longer term.”
